FAQ's

Q. Can I book a same day appointment to have my hair coloured?
A. Only if you have been in within the past 6 months for a patch test. We need to ensure you do not have any reaction to the dyes.

Q. My hair has been coloured a number of times, and looks patchy. I want it to look more natural. Can you help?
A. We do perform colour correction, but it depends on a number of variables. We need to bring you in for a consultation. The stylist will take a cutting of your hair, and test it to see if we can strip the colour without damaging your hair. The price will be dependent upon how many treatments are required.
We cannot guarantee any specific results.Colour correction is an inexact science.

Q. My nails are discoloured. Am I ok to have nail extensions?
A. Please check with your doctor to ensure you don't have a nail infection first. If nail extensions are placed over a fungal infection, the infection can spread unchecked.

MASSAGE

There are a number of situations which could cause you to feel some embarrassment. Rest assured, it's normal!

Wind - Total relaxation can cause trapped wind to shift. You may also find your stomach makes some loud noises as it would when you're hungry.  Don't worry about it.

Arousal - It is not unusual to become aroused occasionally. Please don't let it concern you, otherwise you won't be able to relax and enjoy your massage. It isn't a problem.

Foot Odour - If you have sweaty feet, just speak up. Your feet can be washed before the massage.
Nudity - The massage is all about you. It is your choice as to whether or not you have a towel to cover you during the massage. It is not compulsory to be covered.

Extras - However you choose to phrase the question - extras, lingham massage etc, there are no additional services on offer.
