The embarrassing topics you don't like to mention.

There are a number of situations which could cause you to feel some embarrassment. Rest assured, it's normal!

  • Wind - Total relaxation can cause trapped wind to shift. You may also find your stomach makes some loud noises as it would when you're hungry.  Don't worry about it.

  • Arousal - It is not unusual to become aroused occasionally. Please don't let it concern you, otherwise you won't be able to relax and enjoy your massage. It isn't a problem.

  • Foot Odour - If you have sweaty feet, just speak up. Your feet can be washed before the massage. You also have the option of showering. Please mention at time of booking that you would like to shower. If a foot wash is all you require, you can mention that when you arrive.

  • Body Odour - You may prefer to shower before your appointment if you're coming straight from work.  Please mention this at the time of booking, so that additional time can be set aside

Choice of Therapist

  • Can I choose a male/female therapist?
    We are aware that some of our clients would feel more comfortable with one gender rather than the other, for that we honor specific requests for male or female therapists. Hands On Massage does not currently employ a male therapist, but we work closely with other treatment providers and we are happy to recommend a male therapist upon request. . Please note unless specified your treatment will be provided by a female therapist. Hands On Massage is not an escort service.

  • What type of massage your associate masseur (male therapist) provide?
    One of my associates specialises in pregnancy, new mother & baby massage. Another specialises in Sports Massage.  Both can provide a Swedish massage tailored to your requirements.

  • Is your male associate as professional?
    Hands On Massage is very proud of it's success and the well established reputation, for that we wouldn't recommended anyone unless we are 100% positive of their competence and professionalism. Your feedback on treatment received is much appreciated.

  • Is your male associate insured?

    Yes, my male associates are insured.

  • Is your male associate mobile as well?

    Yes, my male associates are mobile too.
