If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us to cancel in order to leave the time slot available for someone else. 

We understand that unexpected events are sometimes beyond your control but please let us know as soon as you can.  Phone/text/e-mail are all acceptable.  It is not necessary to explain your reasons.

If you fail to attend and fail to cancel your appointment you will be charged in advance for your next booking.  This money will be non-refundable if you fail to attend or give sufficient notice of cancellation.

Apologies for any inconvenience, but this has been necessary due to a few time-wasters. Thank you.

If you have booked a massage, please abstain from drinking alcohol. The massage would both increase the effects of alcohol & cause a severe hangover. You will be charged in full if the masseuse arrives and is unable to proceed due to your alcohol consumption.
